To provide you with a personalized quote, we need the pick-up and delivery zip codes, the make and model of your motorcycle, and your contact details (email and/or phone number). Right after you submit a quote, we will send you the detailed information and a secure link to book an order. For submitting an order we will need your pick up and delivery addresses and to finalize the deal we will send you the agreement to sign.
After scheduling a driver within your specified timeframe, we'll notify you via email and text with the carrier's details. The day before pick-up, the driver will reach out to confirm the exact time and location, adjusting for any road restrictions like dead ends or narrow streets. You'll also receive a call from the driver an hour or two prior to pick-up to confirm their arrival.
The driver will contact you in advance to arrange the precise delivery time. Upon unloading your motorcycle from the trailer, please inspect it thoroughly for any damages. Then, complete the transaction by paying the driver with cash or certified funds. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so we encourage you to leave a review about your shipping experience and the driver’s service.

Open shipping exposes the motorcycle to the elements and is generally less expensive. Enclosed shipping offers protection from weather and road debris, ideal for high-value or delicate motorcycles.
It's recommended to leave only a small amount of fuel, about ¼ tank, in the motorcycle to reduce weight and safety risks.
Clean your motorcycle, check for and document any pre-existing damage, ensure tires are properly inflated, and secure or remove loose parts.
Immediately document the damage with photos, notify the shipping company, and file a claim with their insurance.
Shipping companies typically have size and weight limits. Oversized or exceptionally heavy motorcycles may require special arrangements and incur additional costs.
