To provide you with a quote we only need the pick up and delivery zip-codes, make and model of your vehicle(s) and your email and/or phone number. Right after you submit a quote, we will send you the detailed information and a secure link to book an order. For submitting an order we will need your pick up and delivery addresses and to finalize the deal we will send you the agreement to sign.

How does the payment work? Arrow

Unlike other companies, we do NOT charge anything upfront. Payment is divided into 2 parts: a partial deposit is charged AFTER the vehicle is picked and the remaining balance you pay to the driver at the delivery with cash or any certified funds.

Do you have any discounts? Arrow

Yes, we do have a bunch of discounts:

- military discount (10%, applied to active military members).

- business discount: (for dealers, body shops, and any other businesses)

- multi-load discount (shipping two or more vehicles at the same time and on the same route)

- regular customers: (if you are shipping your vehicle with our company for the second (or more) time, we will also schedule the driver for you for the most reasonable price).

Can I ship my vehicle if it’s not running? Arrow

We can ship both operable and inoperable cars. But for an inoperable vehicle, we will need to hire a driver with a winch on the trailer (unless there are forklifts at pick-up and delivery locations). Also note that the cost to for the transportation of inoperable vehicle will be higher and if it is going more than 1600 mi, it may take some time to find a trailer with a winch and negotiate with the driver the most reasonable price. If the battery is the only reason why your vehicle is not running, we will ask the driver to jump start the car to load it on the trailer and ship it as operable one.

Driver picks up your vehicle

Once we schedule the driver within your time frame, we will send you an email and text message with the carrier’s details. A day before the pick up he will contact you to negotiate more exact time and place in case your street is a dead end, cul de sac or too narrow for a big car hauler. The driver will also call you an hour or two before the pick up to let you know that he is on the way.

Should I be present at the time of pick up? Arrow

If you cannot be present at the pick up address please make sure there is someone who can release the car to the driver. If there is no one who can do that, you can also hide the key near your house or inside the car (if the pick up is at the parking lot) and tell the driver where the key is, so he will be the only person who knows about that.

What if I do not have a car key? Arrow

Before negotiating all the details with your shipping agent and the driver, please double-check that you have the car key at the pick up location. Unfortunately, even if the car is not running the driver will not be able to load it on the trailer without a key as it is needed to put the transmission in neutral.

How I prepare the vehicle for the transportation? Arrow

Before transport, thoroughly wash your vehicle, so when the driver comes he could clearly see if there are any preexisting damages. Remove everything from the passenger compartment since the items may be lost or damaged during transportation or may impair the vehicle interior. Carriers do not claim responsibility for such cases. Finally, before the driver takes charge of your vehicle, make sure that alarms and electronic passes are disabled or disconnected; windows and vents are properly closed; loose parts, parking passes, toll tags and plates are removed since they could be charged by mistake or stolen on the route and the drivers can’t keep track of these items.

Receive your vehicle

Once the driver is about to deliver the car, he will also call you in advance to negotiate the exact time. When he loads the car of the trailer please check it thoroughly for any damages and pay the driver with cash or any certified funds. Please leave us a review about the transportation process as it is really important for us to know if you were happy with the driver’s service.

Do you offer expedited delivery? Arrow

We do offer expedite delivery, however it will cost extra money. The expedited delivery is possible both with open and enclosed trailers. So in case you are shipping a classic or a show car, we highly recommend you expedited enclosed transportation. If you need to ship your car in an open trailer but need expedited delivery, we have some carriers company who can deliver the vehicles from coast to coast within 4-5 days instead of a usual 8-10 days.

How can I pay the driver if I’m not at the delivery location? Arrow

You can pay ask somebody to receive the vehicle on your behalf and pay the driver with cash or certified funds. If it’s not possible and you are relocating to a totally new place, you can pay the driver at the pick up location. Some drivers may also accept Zelle, CashApp or Paypal.

What if the car was damaged? Arrow

Once the vehicle is loaded of the trailer, you should inspect it for any damages and if anything, you should write it down in the Bill of Lading (BOL) and let us know about that. If it’s not significant, the driver may cover it from his own side. If it’s something serious, you have to make 1-2 estimates in a local bodyshop, then contact us and we will help you submit a claim to the carrier insurance company. Within a week or two they will send you a check.
